Inside Ride the Brand
Karin Finney is the founder and heart of Ride the Brand LLC, based in the USA. She lives and works between Arizona’s high desert and Germany, where her family roots lie.
With passion and dedication, she supports Mustang enthusiasts from selecting a horse to ensuring its safe import to Europe. Through close collaboration with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and a trusted U.S. network, she offers authentic access to these unique horses—beyond hype and spectacle.
Karin lives what she teaches: trust, authenticity, and genuine partnership between humans, horses, and nature—as a proud Mustang owner herself.
In Arizona, she hosts immersive stays and experiential journeys where guests can encounter wild horses, learn horsemanship, and experience the spirit of the American West up close.
In Germany, she developed Wild at Heart, a coaching format that uses horses as mirrors for personal growth. She also offers TouchLife® massage for both humans and horses—supporting regeneration, relaxation, and connection.
Currently, Karin is establishing a new base in the mountains of Portugal: Rancho Terra Bravo—a sanctuary for people and Mustangs that combines coaching, healing, and horse training. It is envisioned as a safe haven for individuals with PTSD or burnout, powered by the strength of nature and the Mustangs.
A circle comes full: American Mustangs descend from Iberian horses—now, in the land of their ancestors, they find protection and renewed purpose. At the same time, Rancho Terra Bravo will become a future hub for importing wild horses into Europe.
Whether in the USA, Germany, or Portugal—Karin connects people with Mustangs. Clearly, empathetically, and with experience.
